Shipping policy

Purchases of $0.00 - $74.99 will be charged a shipping fee of $7.99 - $8.99, depending on location. Purchases of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Order processing and handling requires one (1) additional business day.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For Next Day Air, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM ET in order to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.

Buyers may upgrade their shipping service for an additional fee, shown at checkout.

Orders typically take 5-8 business days to arrive once shipped. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Buyers will be provided a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For security reasons, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to offer it in the future.

Packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, refused delivery, or undeliverable locations may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Packages & Insurance Claims
RARA Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@shopraraboutique.com so we can review the tracking information and assist with next steps.

Lost package insurance claims may only be submitted once the package has been in transit for at least 20 days from the original shipment date. Refunds, replacements, or store credit for lost packages cannot be issued until the package is eligible for an insurance claim and the claim has been reviewed.
