Refund policy

 

At RARA Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns for store credit or a refund. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return Request Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for either a refund or store credit.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing any signs of use or laundering will be denied. Shoes must be returned in the original Shoe Box with protective dust bags and inserts (if included). Any other accessories included with an item (reusable dress bags, belts, etc.) must also be included in the return package. 
  • Return Shipping Window: Buyers must ship the item within five (5) days of receiving the return shipping label.

Return Options Based on Discount:

  • 0-19% Discount: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method (subject to a $9.99 return label fee) or store credit (free return label).
  • 20-39% Discount: Eligible for store credit only (free return label).
  • 40% or More Discount: Considered clearance items and are final sale; not eligible for return.

Return Steps: 

  1. Click HERE to request a return
  2. Indicate Refund or Store Credit within the Notes field:
    • Refund: A $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • Store Credit: Receive store credit (e-gift card) for the full purchase price with no return label fee!
    • If no option is indicated, a refund will be processed with the $9.99 return label fee deducted.
  3. Shipping Label: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email.
  4. Return the Item: Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any USPS location within 5 days of receiving the label.

Additional Return Information:

  • Order Cancellations: Can be requested within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. After 1 hour, cancellations may be denied or charged a cancelation fee of 5%. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. Excessive returns, returns due to delivery issues or returns missing packaging may be subject to restocking fees.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personal items like bodysuits.
    • Sale items with a discount of 41% or more (final sale).
    • Items that have been worn or altered in any way. 
  • BOGO Promotions: Refunds will be proportionally adjusted based on the discount received.
  • Minimum Spend Promotions: If your order used a discount that required a minimum purchase, and a return reduces your order below that minimum, the discount will be adjusted or removed accordingly. Any refund will reflect the price after the applicable discount adjustment.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@shopraraboutique.com within 3 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to send a free replacement. Include a photo of the defect in your email. After 3 days, the item may no longer qualify for return or replacement or may be subject to return fees.

Returned Packages Due to Address Issues or Non-Pickup:

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to pick up their packages once they are ready for pick-up. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or failure to pick up the package from the designated carrier location, may be subject to a return delivery fee. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Color Variations: Slight color variations due to lighting or monitor settings do not qualify as defects.
  • Care Instructions: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling. If an item is damaged during transit due to improper return packaging, the return will not be approved. Shoe Boxes must be placed inside a separate shipping box for protection.
  • Unapproved returns: If a returned item is received that does not meet the policy requirements, the return is considered unapproved and the buyer is responsible for providing a shipping label to have the item returned back to them. If the buyer fails to provide this within 7 days of notification, then the item will be donated and the buyer is not eligible for a refund. 
  • Excessive Returns: Customers with excessive returns within a short period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Price Adjustments:

We offer price adjustments within 2 days (48 hours) for all purchases made from our website. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 48 hours of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment and receive Store Credit for the difference in price.

Please note: Price adjustments do not apply to major promotional events or limited-time sales, including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Week, and major clearance events.

Promotional Gift Cards

 Items purchased (in part or in full) using a free promotional gift card issued by RARA Boutique are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Promotional gift cards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
